BeachBot AI Agent

Employees at Beachball Properties were having to read through documentation spread out across multiple systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to understand how to do something. It was also taking a long time for new employees to onboard and understand how to deal with various customer situations.

We leveraged AI to build a Custom Gem in Google's Gemini platform for their employees to get answers fast on how to do things. They already use Google Workspace so we configured the bot to parse their existing documentation along with data that we pulled from their tool's knowledge base to get them quick answers.
