Hubspot Migration for Beachball Properties

Beachball was using numerous different tools to engage with their contacts and had no way to centrally track results and sync communications. We migrated them to a centralized Hubspot instance where they can manage all of their contacts, view activity and interact.

We built Evergreen email marketing workflows and schedule regular content to keep their contacts warm. Landing pages were built, round-robin phone call routing was implemented and automated deal creation as configured in a sales pipeline they can visualize.
