InspectIQ Mobile App

InspectIQ needed help with mobile app development to build an innovative solution for AI property inspections. We brought their dreams to reality, standing up a solution that allows property inspectors to take "baseline" photos and then "inspection" photos of the same areas after the tenants leave to produce an AI-generated inspection report.

The app overlays the baseline photos over the camera display to help line up inspection photos. Microsoft's Azure OpenAI framework was integrated to compare images and find missing, misplaced and damaged items within inspection photos. We made the app cross-platform to be available in both the Android and Apple app stores.
